Do you provide shipping?

We will be offering shipping in a future date, but at the moment only pick up orders and delivery within 150 mile radius. 

Do you deliver outside of 150 mile radius?

Yes, to an extent. Please reach out at sales@beesnursery or send us a message through here to inquire about extended delivery.

How are you keeping your tropical plants alive in Sacramento zone 9b?

We have multiple greenhouses at the nursery where we keep our tropical plants during the winter to provide frost protection. Some tropical plants do have great cold tolerance so we try our best to disclose USDA growing zone in our description for your convivence. 

What are USDA Growing Zones?

The USDA Growing Zone is the standard by which gardeners and growers can determine which perennial plants are most likely to thrive at a location. The higher the number, the more sensitive the plant is to cold climate. You can use this link to find out which growing zone you are located in.

Do you provide warranties on your plants/trees?

At the moment, we do not have a warranty plan for our plants/trees. Although, if you have any questions about your plants/trees, we are more than happy to help. Please send us an email to sales@beesnursery.com.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

Our return/refund policy can be found here. Generally, we do not accept return or refunds but we will try our best to accommodate, at our own discretion, on a case by case basis. 

How do I cancel my order if I changed my mind?

Please send us an email at sales@beesnursery.com if you wish to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy here .

How long do you hold pick up orders for?

We will hold your orders for 7 days. If you need a longer time for pick up, please send an email to sales@beesnursery.com for reasonable extension. Any orders after 7 days without prior notification of intention to pick up will be automatically cancelled and assessed a 30% restocking/cancellation fee.
